		<description>Hey! We're almost four days into 'world with iPhone'! Apple's product is very dependent on Cingular, er, ATT to also 'get it' to provide the total customer experience. Wonder if the decision to disable ALL of the phone's functions w/o a phone service plan was Apple's or the Carrier's decision?</description>
