Apple&#039;s product is very dependent on Cingular, er, ATT to also &#039;get it&#039; to provide the total customer experience. Wonder if the decision to disable ALL of the phone&#039;s functions w/o a phone service plan was Apple&#039;s or the Carrier&#039;s decision?</description>
